One-Bowl Banana Bread Recipe: Moist and Simple!

Method:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with baking paper for easy removal later.

  2. Mash the Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Don’t worry about them being perfect – the more mashed, the better!

  3. Add Wet Ingredients: To the mashed bananas, add the raw sugar, eggs, oil, milk, sour cream (if using), and vanilla essence (if using). Whisk everything together until combined and smooth.
